Alan began his career in 2003, working as intern of Marketing sector of Unibanco. As senior analyst, actuated in salles directory of the insurence group, where was part of Itaú merger process. Moved to Claritas in march 2010, working as controller in the Wealth Management sector. Alan has BA in Business Administration – ESPM/SP.
Márcio has BA in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas – FGV. Began his career in 2012, working in the Equity Sales Trading department of Credit Suisse. In 2014, moved to BTG Pactual to work in Middle Office department. Joined Claritas Wealth Management team in September 2015.

Fernanda has BA in Business Administration and earned a Certificate degree in Finance Management (CFM) from Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (INSPER). Began her career at Banco Caixa Geral Brasil working in corporate investment banking (Project Finance and M&A). She also worked at XP Investimentos as Investment Manager.
